COLDWATER CREEK

ABOUT THE BRAND

Coldwater Creek is a nationally recognized lifestyle apparel brand with a strong e-commerce presence, focused on creating a seamless and elevated shopping experience for women.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION

As a UX Designer and later Social Web Design Manager, I worked across both user experience and creative direction within a large-scale e-commerce environment. I developed wireframes, user flows, and site structures to improve navigation and the overall shopping experience across web and mobile.

I collaborated closely with developers, marketing teams, and stakeholders to ensure that design decisions aligned with both brand standards and technical feasibility. As I stepped into a leadership role, I also guided team workflows and helped solve broader experience challenges across digital touchpoints.
