I led a full brand and website redesign, along with nine months of ongoing creative direction, content, and strategy.

From the ground up, I restructured the site to simplify navigation, clarify services, and guide users toward the actions they need to take—whether that’s booking an appointment, understanding care options, or finding answers quickly in a moment of urgency.

Beyond the website, I developed and executed a cohesive content strategy across social media, including copywriting, design, and photography. Every piece was created with intention—to build familiarity, trust, and consistency across the entire client journey.

The focus throughout was simple: reduce friction, increase clarity, and create a digital experience that feels human.
